The worst bank

You guys deserve zero stars not even 1, so I accidentally transferred money into a Flexi fixed deposit account, then tried checto checkcould transfer the money back to my savings in the same minute.T here's also no option to reverse the payment back to my account now, I spoke to someone on secure chat and the person gave me a number to call which I did, just to have the person tell me i cannot get not my money back now and have to wait until deposit matures and if ifose the account no back. I asked to speak to a manager then got placed on hold, waiting for atleast 20 minutes already...FU Fnb
