The worst bank!!!

I’ve been with them for more than 10 years, and I’m beginning to see what most people mean when they say they are the worst bank with exorbitant chargers.

Last month I had an unauthorized/ ********** debit order of R85.l which I couldn’t reverse on the app, and their reason is the amount is too high. Had a consultant assist me and I was charged R45 for the reversal. How crazy?! Okay now this happened again this month on the 1st with a different ref no. But the money ddnt go through because of insufficient funds, they go and charge that negative account with R105 for the unpaid funds. There’s a monthly account fee, service fee and byc debit charges that don’t make sense. I have more than 5 products with this bank and I want to close my account and move my business elsewhere!!! Don’t bank with them
