The worst and slowest service

The service is terrible. I am here to open up a bank account and am waiting 33 minutes with no sight of being seen anytime soon, how is this productive ?

The staff walk around looking at you blankly.

And my ticket which I’ve been given says that the waiting time is 12 minutes! How is this the best bank?!
