The Worst and Bad Service @ FNB Bank / FNB Branch Southgate and Online

honestly I'm very disappointed from the staff that's working in a branch and forensic, my account has been overdrawn by 3 things firstly Ref says #Item Paid No2 Items on with an amount of R300 on the 30 Nov 2020 and again on the 01 Dec 2020 which makes it R600 and another transaction called Uber trip help 4790 an amount of R124.29 on the 28 Nov 2020 of which i have never requested for Uber before i only use Bolt. I went to Southgate Branch to query all these transactions which needs to be reversed off my account immediately and they couldn't assist and was referred to ***** and a Guy with a name of welcome told me **** saying my account was overdraw to an amount of R10k which is bull****. can this matter be resolved before my next salary date as my account can not be overdrawn by R1372 of transactions that i dont know off and FNB as a big bank allowed those transactions to go off which I don't know. how does an innovative bank like this all such or is this part of taking advantage of the needy, please resolve this matter as I know that I don't owe anything of those transactions. there's no way that the bank cannot track any amounts that are deposited or taken from our account. i will be expecting a RESOLUTION AND A CALL THAT WILL ADVISE OF THIS INCOMPITENCY FROM THIS BANK. THIS IS SO UNACCEPTABLE AND IM NOT HAPPY.
