The WORSE bank ever. FNB is a ******* and only thinks of making money out of people!!!!

Absolutely the WORSE bank ever. What a ******* of a bank. I saw a transaction coming off on my account. I clicked on dispute transaction on my banking app because the amount was unknown to me and what did FNB do? They cancelled my card!!! I collected a new card but now they charging me for the new card that they cancelled. Ridiculous. They charge me R240 for a monthly account fee and wait for it R342 for service fees like what the hell!!!!!!???? . I asked them to give me the cheapest option but said i have to pay the monthly fee of R240 until the account is downgraded. The WORSE bank ever... please people change your bank before they cheat you as well
