The were a ***** transaction that took place on my cheque account and I didn't have money in that account

The were a ***** transaction that took place on my cheque account and I didn't have money in that account. First nation bank system allowed *****ulent transaction to go through and now my account is on Minus. I reported the *****ulent transaction and they gave me a case number and nobody contacted me to update me on what was happening. I cannot use my account now and it's very inconvenience . I am very disappointed with their service and thinking of moving my accounts once they sort this mess.
