The wait of a lifetime
I went in to get a sim, my ticket says 8 mins, which elapses I patiently wait while two patrons seemingly knowing consultants mind you this is after 45 mins. While agents Walt’s around idle as anything this leaves me with two questions 1. Why have times on your slips if they don’t apply to anything. 2. Why have a queueing system at all, If you’re going to help you friends and family first? Mind there’s one consultant who is at desk doing absolutely nothing has 3 youth in front her. While she reads her email. *********** much!!!! Mind you I’ve posted this using your “free” WiFi thanks for that
