THE USE OF THE PROBLEMATIC TICKET SYSTEM

<p>I walked into an FNB branch,the one located at Benmore Gardens. I then retrieved a ticket slip with my number and took a seat to be assisted. A couple then walked in after me and also retrieved a ticket slip with the following number to mine. They get called and I get left seated in an empty bank to not be assisted with my queries at the end of the day. </p>
