The struggle is real

They were great in the beginning, but things have just gone downhill from there. I opened a tax-free account that was useless. After stopping all the scheduled transfers a long time ago, it still takes money to this account, which I was unable to close.. My credit card calculation date is constantly changing. Sometimes after I have paid my rent and car meaning that you can never truly get ahead of it. They charge you for debit order that do not show on your account regularly. They are happy to tell what the charge is but never why it is there.

I could write a book if I carry on, but its all the same issues that never get answered and the same mistakes on their end repeated over and over and over, because they have no intention of fixing them.
