The standard has surely dropped...

FNB South Africa today I really am defeated. It is sad how low the standard of service has fallen at the private clients service. It's as if you're not even trying anymore. A simple request that usually could be sorted out in not time is taking more than a week to resolve; the advisor assigned to me is never available. I was told his supervisor would be in touch and it's been 2 days! I am at a loss.
