The Staff you hire matter

I had an issue with my online banking today, I called credit cards online and the first consultant I spoke to was in no way trying to help me, she gave me an email address and said that's all she can do for me. When I went to Benmore FNB, a lovely floor lady ''Naume Mokgolbotho'' told me to call online banking again cause they cant help with this problem. I called and spoke to Nozakhe Willem, what a star she was, she really went the extra mile. Thank you Nozakhe, you were a massive help and very professional. THANK YOU, and Naume for being so helpful.
