The staff on duty does not match the volume of customers

We have been sitting at the bank since 9:12 waiting to get a bank statement. There are three consultants and according to the branch manager one is off. Five desks are empty and the queue is long. Can we please have at least two more consultants? You are serving a big geographical location for just three consultants. Your electronic strategy is not working for this location and neither for your business. We commend the manager on duty but you are unreasonable in your expectation.
