The Service in the Home Loans department is terrible

The Service in the Home Loans department is terrible. Applying for a Flexi Facility is a nightmare. Turn around times are not honored, they don't keep you updated and they advice you wrongly. I app**** on 5th August and by 12 August I still don't have my stuff finalized. When I get a chance I will switch my home loan to ABSA who are giving me a Better Service with a Banking App that actually works to simplify things.
