The Secure Chat on the FNB App
The Secure Chat on the FNB App is the worst feature I have ever come across. It keeps rerouting your conversation until it ends your chat without you getting proper assistance. The worst service, even when you finally get someone on the chat. Today I chatted with Mikayla and Sewela and did not get assistance because they both rerouted my chat until the chat was ended.
