The **** just continues like an unstoppable freight train

Surprise surprise. 4th review AND STILL NO ASSISTANCE. Guess the "URGENT" attention they give into issues are not so urgent. Seeing that we are now 6 months into our cases (which are supposed to take 3 business days), about 60 escalations and plenty reviews on here. Still NOTHING. I am 150% convinced that these are non existant people and bota that send the "giving it urgent attention" messages as none of these services or promises exist. ABSOLUTE **** THIS BANK, luckily we have started the legal procedures against them and we will absolutely refuse to go away until our banking and consumer rights are met.
