The saga continues

This morning I received an SMS from the debit order switching department stating that as per my request, my debit order switching was placed on hold. I made no such request. I was under the impression that everything was on track. <br> <br> I later received a voice mail from FNB, apparently I need to resubmit my debit order switching forms because the system only accepts PDF. If anyone bothered to check the file extension they'd see that it is a PDF. And the forms are legible. And it's taken almost a week for these issues to be raised with me. This is shockingly bad.<br>
