The sad state of premier banking.
I couldn't find where to pay adhoc fees into my unit trust account through the online banking platform.

I sent two emails. The first was on 1 December to Premier banking with a general query on how to transfer funds to my unit trust account Ref(CAS-364475-S4Q6S6). The second mail I sent on 3 December to the share investing department with the same query.

On 4 December (24 hours after I lodged my query) I received a detailed reply (with exact steps on how to do it through the online banking platform) from the share investing department answering my query to satisfaction.

I'm sad to say that the premier banking team only came back (after 4 days) to say, and I quote \Kindly be advised that you can transfer the funds using Online banking. Alternatively you can contact Unit Trust on the number provided below: Telephone Number: ***"

When one sends a mail to premier banking"
