The right response can really change your mind.

Initially I left a 1 star review because of some issues I was having my on my account and really struggling to get assistance, but once a complaint actually made it to the right team, I had amazing service from a woman named Taryn. I’m still waiting on another issue to be resolved by as different team but I’m optimistic that it may actually be resolved successfully.
