The Reason I do not bank with FNB

I have a loan account with FNB however i do not receive statements on the balance on the loan, I tried calling *** to enquire on the balance however because i do not have their banking app and no longer bank with them they couldn't assist me with the balance enquiry, surely it cant be this difficult to get a statement on the balance of a loan.
