The Real Beep Bank of Steves

I recently got charged R337 in bank charges which do not add up to my transactions. I called in and spoke to a lady called Patricia who then explains the process and informs me that to have a detailed transaction list e-mailed to me they would charge me R13 per page! We're talking 8 pages! Wait, doesn't this sound like one of their radio ads where one goes in to a 'beep' bank to close their account and is met with many ridiculous charges? Why charge clients for transparency? Hypocrisy at its best! FNB is the 'beep' bank!
