The only thing this bank has done for me or my business is diligently deduct charges

Prior to the COVID-19 outbreak my business banker, Lindokuhle Mzobe, was communicating with me regularly.

My business has been adversely impacted by the outbreak because I am a supplier to the Tourism and Hospitality Sector. I have been trying to get a hold of him for help and he never takes my calls.

He once even sent me an email stating my business was approved for some funding and backtracked via email a few days later after I had already gotten my employee’s hopes up.

It is unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour. Even today I tried to contact him to assist me with my Loan Scheme application and he again refused to take my call.

I sincerely apologise for this complaint if he is in fact unwell but nobody has advised me of anything to that effect.
