THE ONLY SHINING LIGHT AT FNB

I can't stand First National Bank in Melrose Arch. There are always at least 6 staff members - but never anyone at the front desk, always in back offices chatting. When you eventually get attention, they don't have a ****** clue what they're doing. Useless!!! However, there is one young man that I would like to give a top "review". He was busy with a customer at the time and was listening to what the brain dead girl who finally gave me her attention when she'd finished chatting with a colleague in a back office. It was a long and complicated nonsense story. All I wanted was a new card. With her advice, I would have received it in MONTHS. This gentleman left his customer to fill in paperwork, sent her away from me (I think he feared that I was going to punch her and, it was close). He said he understood what I wanted, that it would take less than five minutes - AND IT DID. So, to the wonderful SIBUSISO TSHABALALA who was at FNB Melrose Arch (don't know if he is still there because FNB does what the ANC does - they shuffle and re-shuffle) - YOU ARE A STAR. Thank you so much for your attention, incredible customer service, thanks for knowing your job and being so kind, helpful and attentive. You are an absolute pleasure to deal with and I hope that the idiots who run FNB will give you the opportunity to move up the ladder. Bless your beautiful heart and your attention to detail. I wish you every success - you SO deserve it.
