The only helpful person at FNB

I honestly never thought I would be able to pay a compliment to FNB. Gugu Maseko has proved me wrong, I really wish there were more helpful people like her at FNB. She is the first person at FNB that has been able to explain an issue with confidence and even though she didn't have to call me back when my phone lost signal, she did. The simple act of making a phone call is what makes her better than the other FNB staff I have had to deal with. <br> <br> Gugu was polite, and knew exactly what had happened with my banking issue and explained in a manner that assured. Thank you Gugu for being the first FNB employee to really help.
