The online banking yet again is a **** up

Your new system sucks it is terrible tried to down load the proof of payment all I get is blank pages so I tried printing the proof of payment you not going to believe this the pages are blank as well.

So I can not send any proof of payment surely a company as large as fnb who has exorbitant banking fees as you do things would be done properly and attention to detail would be ironed out before you go live.
