The nightmare of applying for credit with FNB

Can FNB please bring back the in branch services, where you can walk into a branch ask for a business, personal loan or a credit card, fill in the forms with the assistance of a consultant (for me this turned out to be absolutely necessary as it seems I don't listen or read)) & be sorted within a few days. Three weeks later & I'm still battling & stressing over applying for a credit card. 1st lady didn't even bother to get back to me, still waiting to find out why. 2nd lady very helpful but this is the 3rd time of me trying to fill out these numerous forms correctly & 3 emails later, let's hope it's 3rd time lucky
