The nightmare does not end: FNB170508CC390

I took out an iPhone 5 from FNB 3 weeks ago and it started rebooting itself and would stay off for hours without booting back up again. I emailed FNB smartdevices and was referred to their "gurus" who advised me they are awaiting approval to collect the phone which would take anything between 24-48 hours. I emailed smartdevices again asking if I would be givena replacement phone while they decide what to do with the other phone and I got no response, a day later (24\05) I emeailed them again requesting for the cancellation of the contract. Again I received no response and to my surprise I got a call from DigitalPlanet on the 25\05 requesting for my delivery address for the iPhone 5?????? Has NOBODY READ MY EMAILS???? I want the broken iPhone 5 collected and the contract CANCELLED!!!!

Good Day,

Thank you for taking my call earlier.

As per our telephonic conversation, I have escalated the matter to a manager and have requested that they provide you will proof that the contract has been cancelled as well as confirmation as to when the courier will be collecting the device.

Please accept my apologies for the bad experience and lack of service.

Regards,
