The Night I waited 3 HOURS for FNB Roadside Assistance in the middle of Nowhere in the Dark!

<p>It was in the middle of the night on the very dark R31 " Beach Road" (between Muizenberg and Strandforntein) when my car overheated and wouldn't start after I had poured water into and let cool down. Mind you before I had done all this I called (at about 6.15 PM) the FNB AA (Petro card) for roadside assistance...</p> <p> </p> <p>Dude!!! I waited in that dark and and dangerous road for 3 WHOLE HOURS - all alone!!! I kept calling and calling and calling for progress updates - NOTHING...! Until my airtime ran out, and my phone's battery and I almsot given up when they finally sent someone at about 10.20 PM...</p> <p> </p> <p>Services we pay for... Absolutely appauled.</p>
