The new savings account I opened is blocked I am unable to transfer my money back to my cheque account

I have been banking with Fnb for the past 3 years without any problems , then I decoded to open a savings to save money for emergencies , the consultant also opened a tax free investment , he told me that everything is well with my account that I can start depositing into the savings account , then I deposited money last week , now I wanted that money yesterday I tried transferring it into cheque account , then I am told the new savings account because of tax compliance the shock I went through yesterday , then I tried to call private banking and useless consultan put me thorough a department knowing very well that they closed at 1,now I still haven't access my money and she said I must go to the branch today which was also closed . I promise if I don't get my money by tomorrow I am taking thi's matter with the ombudsmen, fnb will pay me for all the trouble that I went through. I don't understand why it dint block me from depositing if the account was indeed bloked , FNB is a **** I want my money today.
