The new branch design of FNB

I was at the newly renovated FNB Branch in Alberton today. I have to admit it is beautiful and stylish My concern was that the new style is not POPIA compliant. I could hear the conversation between consultant and customer because the stations are so close to the waiting seats and the work stations. The new design has offices with glass doors, I was able to hear a very irate client having a conversation o the phone. One of the consultants told me that FNB intends to renovate all branches with this design. She told me that the bank will do away with the in-branch telephone for customers to call the FNB call centers. Customers will have to purchase a FNB simcard if they have a query that requires assistance from a call center agent. I'm not sure but this.
