It looks like FNB Paypal services only deals with client's queries through Hellopeter platform, i have being waiting to transfer my Paypal money from Paypal to FNB online profile for over two weeks now, even though i have submitted all required documentation long time ago, instead they keep asking me via emails to send them the very same documentation i already sent them, i dont know why they just close this service since they clearly cant deliver on their mandate. Mind you this is my second complaint i am registering on hellopeter against the same institution, they just dont learn. It as pity the is no ZERO(0) rating on this site, they deserve it.
