THE MOST USELESS AND CARELESS BANK SO FAR

I'm starting to ask myself why am keeping my money here and paying so much when the service is slowly becoming non available. for some reason i cannot make online purchases on my cards, both virtual and the actual card. i don't know how many clueless people i've spoken to at this bank, between just being dropped and having to call again and start your problem all over again, i still haven't got assisted, i still can't buy online with these cards, I'm as good as someone who doesn't have online banking, because wow. in any case, from next month i will switch to another bank, am sure our relationship with this one has ran out of time. there are soo many things they're not doing right, from letting people hijack other people's businesses, its just too much.
