The most PATHETIC service ever seen!!

I have been to the local FNB (in Carletonville) on 2 occasions. And in both instances, I ended up waiting in the enquiries line, only to be eventually told that I was in the wrong queue. I have been to many FNB Branches that pride themselves in ensuring quick customer service from the minute a client steps into the bank. Based on services at other branches, I am accustomed to being asked about what my needs are so that I could be directed to the correct person. NOT SO IN THIS BRANCH. I am appalled by the level of service that this branch \boasts". One can wait an average of an hour in the enquiries section alone!! And the 2 times that I was at the branch"
