The most pathetic online banking in SA

I was about to put 1 * above but decided to be fare .. I'm with high BP right now after trying to use their online banking .. This time, and before been kicked out, i had the following very basic functionality simply not working .. Untested. Just rolled out :

1. Try to search for approved beneficiaries. Firstly there is no direct Beneficiary Admin link. Then it does strange things, and never lists known beneficiaries - no search or search well buried somewhere so you can get a nice rise in BP and thoughts of urgent alcohol ..

2. Now after failing in 1 above hit the back button on your browser .. Guess what happens. Yes, you guessed right - FNB logs you off online banking !!!

Pathetic is an understatement..
