I downgraded my account last month by calling the call centre and I was informed it has been done. I was billed for that month and I thought maybe the change will be effective in the month of March 2023 since I have decided to take my stuff elsewhere. Fast-forward I went into a branch last week Friday after realising FNB did not bother to action my request and now again in March they charged me. The standards of FNBs services is honestly shocking to say the least and the reason I didn’t want to close it is my car, policies, investments and insurances are with FNB but just giving you the benefit of the doubt to redeem yourselves has proven to be a costly exercise.
