The most horrible bank I have ever delt with

I am so sick and tired of FNB bank, I still don't believe even after made a decision to cut all tires with this discusting bank in 2021 they now found a way to again ruin my life .

I have have been receiving annoying sms' and calls stating that my personal loan is in areas, at 1st i used to ignore this massages because I knew there was just no ways those people are talking to me, until yesterday I actually listened to their automatic recording on my phone that's when I realized this is actually serious. After the awful treatment i received during covid after I couldn't be consistent with my bond payments and got to see Fnb's true colors and tooked upon myself to rather cut ties with this bank for peace of mind. So following the call I got yesterday I decided to go to my nearest branch n find out exactly what does fnb want from me after I settled my home loan in 2021, went to the branch in Mafikeng mall. Got assisted by the consultant sitting at number 1 forgot to take his name after he showed me how their systems stated that I once had a motor finance with fnb, and pls note I have never had a loan to finance my car with these people I bought my current and 1st car cash and did not need any motor finance, even if I needed to be financed fnb would definitely not even be an option for me after the horrible encounter I had with them in the past. The consultant further explained to me I have a personal loan I knew nothing about, and it's in areas and again please note I know nothing about the supposed personal loan.

In 2020 during covid, the last person from fnb I have correspondence with at fnb was Yogin Pillay who never in any of the correspondence told me anything about a personal loan that will be opened in my name to shadow my home loan. I am so upset right now having to deal with this bank after I choose to walk away from these unreasonable bunch of people over proving a point.

To confirm my statement of fnb being horrible to it's clients, today when the consultant called the famous *** call center number and spoke to consult by the name Kalen if am not mistaken, she asked me to get the branch to verify my finger print and when we got back to the phone she hung up and I had to call back and repeat my devastating story again and they keep saying their calls r recorded..

Thank you to Kaylin Botha, who after promising to getting back to me and actually did. How promised to get back to me in 48 hours, but unfortunately like I told him that is not good enough.

In closing I will not be paying for a personal loan i was never consultanted about when it was opened in my name, I need fnb to please clear my name from this nonsense that is currently affecting my credit score. Fnb made it clear I am not needed in 2020 and I choose to walk away and settled my home loan. So I need the name of the person who opened a personal loan in my name and the details around how it was authorized. I hope this is for the last time ever in my life I have to deal with fnb
