The most expensive useless bank
The worse bank ive had the misfortune of dealing with.Its been 3 months of me calling to get my Paid up letter.The callcenter is useless the agents are rude and ***********. I've tried ALL channels still no help !!! Im left with a bad credit record and can't get a bond because of their delay.....WOW so useless

20 Jan 2022, 18:15I honestly have no liking to deal with the consultants .The sheer incompetence is just massive. I want nothing to do with FNB nor its representives . All I want is my payment updated and for them to do their job.
