The most disgusting bank I have ever come across

I've received the most shocking service from FNB even though I'm not and after this incident will not ever be a fnb customer. FNB started debiting my account with varying amounts of R69, R65 and evn R80 on random days of the month (15th, 21st, 6tg etc) in 2020.I called fnb to find out what was happening well that was not productive as I ended up reporting the matter to the banking ombud and I was even recieved a letter of apology an given R1000 for the trouble and the letter even stated that whatever account was going to be closed. Surprise surprise it is now 2021 and FNB has reported me to the credit bereu for late payment of a loan I did not even take which is supposed to be closed. This is disgusting especially because I have tried to lodge a formal complaint at an FNB branch and was told to do it online.
