The most devious Bank I have ever seen!!!!!

I am very, very disappointed with FNB! I had an Overdraft Limit on my account, which I couldn't pay due to unemployment from January 2015. I was due to get Provident Money at the end of April, where I would have paid a big portion of that money towards the Overdraft. On Wednesday, 15th of April, the Provident Money came through, and FNB took the whole amount of that Overdraft, and they closed the Overdraft Facility completely, and that was also without my consent, as I had to pay other accounts as well. This morning, I realized that money was missing from my account, I saw that on the 17th, they charge me R57.00 for a Mothly O/D fee, and R359.20 for Interest on Debit Balance, which is fees they charged me, when I had an Overdraft. I am utterly disgusted, FNB must get their facts straight, and see that I NO LONGER HAVE AN OVERDRAFT!!!!! I demand that they refund me the money for both the fees, with immediate effect, as I also need to make a living. And that R3 they've got on the account as an Overdraft amount, they should take of, and make it 0.00, as I do not want to pay for things I didn't even ask for, other wise they are keeping it at R3.00 just to be able to ***** my money
