The lure of private banking and the absence of a 'private banker'

Does Glenrose Msibi even exist in human form or, is she a bot? I see that a few people have complained about her not responding to their queries. I was moved on to Private Banking and promised that I'd be given one on one attention from a 'private banker.' At nearly R500 a month in charges for services I pay for but never receive, I will be moving my portfolio over to another bank. There is nothing you can do to keep me FNB so, keep paying Glenrose her salary (if she exists) and losing clients as a result. I've sent more than one mail to her which have fallen into a black hole. I comfort myself by reassuring myself that she must be a bot and therefore, doesn't pick up calls or mails. Goodbye and good riddance to a bank which took from me for 18 years and never once helped me as their hilarious pay-off line promises. Separate to this, I don't think private banking is anything to write home about. You pay a considerable amount of money only to be taken from and never respected. I'm going elsewhere where the rates are cheaper and the staff more attentive.
