The longest Unresolved Claim

I have since lodge a claim for my lost Smart Devices app**** from FNB.
It all started in December 2012 with me applying online for the BlackBerry smart-phone, then the wrong BlackBerry was delivered at my work place. I contacted FNB to notify them with this and the right one was once again delivered. I continued using the BlackBerry until March 2013 when I had problems in my relationship, the smart-phone was smashed against the wall. I contacted the FNB, using the number I found on the FNB website, to check if I could get a replacement. The personnel on the end of the phone told me the smart-device was not insured, then I had an option to upgrade on the phone for an Iphone 4S. I enjoyed using the device to a point I also wanted to have a MacAir Book which I app**** online in March 2014. That, too, got ****** in my backpack while travelling to work on train from Soshanguve to Pretoria. I went to Pretoria Central Police Station to open a case and was told that they cannot open a Case for theft since I lost it, therefore they could only help me to write an affidavit. When phone the Bank again I was told pay R3000 excess to get a replacement, but was never told to get an ITC number.

(Supplier name changed from Fnb Insurance Brokers to First National Bank by Hellopeter.com)
