The last straw.

FNB actively assists a ****mer to ***** money. I bought a phone from what ended up being a *****ulent website, known quite well on hellopeter as Oukitel store. The transaction was reversed, a few weeks later they delivered a package, which was a tablet, I informed them that they incorrectly delivered a tablet and they sent someone to collect the tablet on the 26th of February. Suddenly today on the 16th of May, the bank shows the TCG delivery not of the tablet as proof the transaction was legitimate and again deducted money from the account. The account is now in negative balance and I have no intention of ever topping it up.

I intend to move this to the banking ombud.
