The help I got from FNB Consultant (Boitumelo C)

I was not happy with my Private Client Account, So I visited the Branch by Centurion mall to downgrade to Premier. I am rating the service I got from the Consultant a 5 star, she did way better than chatting to an agent on the app or even calling in. After leaving her desk I had so much insights about FNBs products and I mean I downgraded because I wasn't happy with PC account services and of course to get more eBucks, and she understood all my frustrations.
