The Have Hidden charges i dont understand

I have a bank account with FNB , my card only work if the is available balance , They charge me extra R50 with this type of reference #PMT HONFEE 1 ITEMS ON 16/03/ . <br> i still don't understand what rules that determine such kind of charges . <br>
