The Glen home affairs

Good day To whom ever finds this mail. I would like to bring this under the attention of management, the staff at the Home Affairs department at the Glen FNB is so rude, lodging on the couches after my 4th unsuccessful visit there, being rudely told they are offline and I should simply just return a 5th time or struggle to make another booking online witch was a problem for 3months. Very disappointed, after thinking this will be a better route than home affairs office. They might as well close that department, it gives FNB a bad name even thought it is independent.
