The Gift That Keeps on Giving

I have been trying for months now to port my number from FNB connect. Every time I speak to an agent the story is different.

Yesterday we finally got somewhere, they confirmed and cancelled two port out requests. Then I resubmitted my port out request and they automatically declined it. Now I am on the phone with an agent that refuses to help me.

I am so tired of this nonsense. I am reporting them to ICASA
