The Future of Help is not with FNB

This is just to share my experience with FNB vs other Banks (Nedbank), during lockdown I approached FNB to tell them that my salary was affected and I will not be able to pay for my house, credit card and Personal loan so I requested for a payment holiday, mind you all my accounts where clean and up to date since I have never missed an instalments. It was declined with no valid reason, instead I was offered what they call a Covid-19 Cashflow relief, with an interest rate attached to it. A few days later I got an SMS from Nedbank telling me that if my salary was affected by Covid-19 I should reply YES, and just like that I was granted the holiday in January 2022 I got an email to tell me that if I was earning TERS I can reapply they might owe me, I app**** as per the email, I whole trail of document was requested from me even when as per their email only the payslip and the UI9 for was required, The paying back time came and I was given a run around, at some point they even asked for my bank statement even when I told them I was banking with them, after sending the statements as requested, I was told that they have escalated the matter to a senior assessor. it went on for more than 10 weeks. I had to write a complain on this site to get their attention, then a day later I got a call from their assessor who only offered to pay for only my personal loan and their covid-19 loan. she told me that I can only get paid my monthly instalment if in that month i had lost 90% of my salary nothing more nothing less. in one of the month i had lost only 89,92% and she told me that they can not pay for that, she game me a reason about the audit, I told her that I'm an audit and as far as I know, this will be counted a immaterial. but she still rejected that month. On the Covid-19 relief loan they are only paying 15% of the instalment. not even the instalment amount.

I'm pleading with FNB not to be in the business of looking out for their interest alone and also put us in the picture. Can I please have my claim reviewed for the better this time around

I feel ********** by the bank that i always trusted for years. i have been with FNB for more than 10 years and this is how you repay me for my loyalty ?
