I used the fnb ATM machine opposite hackermans at red mall to withdraw money, the ATM never delivered the cash, surveillance videos were checked, a claim and a complaint was logged against Godfrey Ngobeni pathetic and blasé attitude. Shockingly both the claim and the complaint were only processed on Friday 15 2019 while the incident took place on Tuesday and was reported the same day. I was rather bombarded with sms to notify me that the complaint logged but no concret satisfactorily resolution has been provided after six working days. This is the most ridiculous and messed up bank ever. Horrible service ever!
