The FNB merry go round - here we go again

I opened a new business and submitted all the necessary documents to be told that it would take 2 to 3 days to be up an running. One week later I went to the bank to be told that there is a hold on my account and that the person who had opened it had got it wrong. So calle the business banking division who referred me on. 4 long holding onto the phone and 4 security checks later, the call centre agent informed me that she needed to escalate it and I would be called "shortly". In spite of trying to find timelines around "shortly" which she would not give me, I discovered that "shortly" has no boundaries and that a day later, I have still not been called. What is most shocking is that my business is in jeapardy and no one cares enough to take care of is. I am dissapointed, frustrated and exasperated at the way I have been treated.

WHO DO THEY THINK THEY ARE FOOLING.
At 22.18 I wrote a review on Hello Peter
At 22.25 I received a message telling me that my high priority issue has been escalated
AND I WILL RECEIVE A REPLY WITHIN UP TO 48 HOURS AND CAN EXPECT AT LEAST 5 WORKING DAYS TILL IT IS SORTED OUT.
Thank you Hello Peter and heads up to AI, but this is not good enough. I am a human being and need a human being to sort out my issue. not a bot to tell me that it will be sorted out. My experience is that no-one calls back anyway. MY BUSINESS IS SUFFERING AND NO-ONE IN FNB SEEMS TO CARE.

Seems that the AI bots are still doing all the work around FNB. What a pity that the people are not as caring or efficient!
After my last rant, I finally got a call from someone who said that they would resolve my issue. So I sent in all the forms AGAIN and she promised to call me back, promising at the same time that the issue would be dealt with and resolved as soon as she received the forms (which I sent AGAIN). What time will you call me back I asked? We agreed on 10am the next morning. Such a pity that I still have not heard back from anyone and am still tearing my hair out and wasting valuable time on something that should have taken less than 30 minutes.

Suddenly a spate of emails from FNB - you have to burst into tears and spend 3 hours in the bank for this!!
THE LAST TIME SOMEONE PROMISED TO GET BACK TO ME SHORTLY, OVER A WEEK AGO, I AM STILL WAITING – SO PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT THE TIME SPAN OF SHORTLY IS FOR FNB
