I can't use my mobile app . Two days now . All i get from them is they System unavailable.

Its actually quite pathetic to see a bank like FNB handles its client's as well as the quality of their client facing employee.
Tomorrow i will get a message that the case had been addressed and closed.
This is why you losing client's.

04 Jun 2024, 12:27I've seen this movie a couple of times . Pass you on to the next person. FNBwill never be rated as the best bank in Africa. Your staff is not trained. They are more focussed on their lunch time and break times.Instead they should b foussed on providing the the client with a solution.
