The FNB Insurance ****..Money in . nothing out

FNB Insurance comes up with every excuse under the sun to not assist with claims.

We recently had sever weather patterns in bloemfontein, as a result the roof tiling came loose. I know this was as a result of storm as the next morning after the rains that's when we saw the damage.

FNB now advise this is as a result of lack of maintenance. How am I supposed to maintain weather patterns.

This is not the first time FNB has ducked and dived when they had to pay out
